Seated & Sent Founders
Ashley and Heather Holleman
Ashley Holleman alongside his wife Heather, founded Seated and Sent in 2022 after 20 years of ministry with Cru. Ashley now serves as the Executive Director of Seated and Sent; before founding Seated and Sent he served in multiple ministry and leadership roles including seven years as the National Director for Cru’s graduate student ministry.
Heather is an associate teaching professor at Penn State and writer of several books including Seated with Christ: Living Freely in a Culture of Comparison which establishes believers in their identity in Christ and The Six Conversations: Pathways to Connecting in an Age of Isolation and Incivility which helps readers connect in loving conversation.
Together Ashley and Heather co-wrote an award-winning book on evangelism called Sent: Living a Life that Invites Others to Jesus.
As a couple, they love investing in rich and warm friendships with those God has placed in their natural pathways.
Seated & Sent's Mission
Seated and Sent coaches pastors and ministry leaders along a journey to build thriving evangelism cultures where sharing your faith shifts from a dreadful activity for Jesus to a joyful adventure with Jesus.
Seated and Sent helps lead pastors and everyday believers move from dreading evangelism to experiencing it as a joyful adventure with Jesus.
